The price is completely inadequate to the conditions, the lady additionally lists the meters and recalculates at her rate (without a license to sell electricity). Bathrooms with a mushroom in the shower, a mass of dust and cobwebs. No water pressure, at the top you can soap and rinse hard because water drops are falling. Please note that the place is also rather unfriendly to children (dangerous railings on the stairs)
