Full professionalism The service is very nice and specific, without unnecessary wrapping the pasta on the ears, it's a pity that Polsat does not treat customers seriously I recommend this point

No interest in accepting the phone for warranty because of the lack of a box (no matter what box because they said that they have nothing to send the phone to)

An unprofessional and incompetent employee of this point. He can easily lock his computer in anticipation of customers who are just coming to the decoder home. Other customers do not count and must look for another point or wait for an indefinite time. I strongly recommend avoiding from afar.
