I have been a client since I was a student. I have never had any problems, I am very happy and I will not change this bank for any other. The rating is understated because some employees of this institution are unfriendly, I think they work as a punishment. I have always come here because of the proximity from my residence, but unfortunately I will go to the facility on another street. The only competent person in this place, symmetrical, friendly and always able to advise well, and even answer very banal questions (without doing "stupid faces") is a nice working gentleman there customer. Always when I found him I was satisfied with the service and I had everything explained. Despite everything I recommend this bank!

Having contact with several banks, I base my opinion on personal experience, thus having a comparison. The product range itself is meager and has nothing to do with smiling faces from commercials and TV spots. Credit Agricole is a bank that I would describe the biggest misunderstanding I have encountered. Queues to one (sometimes two) active position are normal and the glazed around the position is empty. And they have nothing to do with staff walking around and disappearing behind the door. Coarse, time-consuming procedures and stacks of notes and signatures are something in times of such widespread digitization as for me is completely incomprehensible. As for the facility on Starry Street, an additional incomprehensible move was the systematic disappearance of the coffee machine and the reduction of chairs in the not-so-large waiting room. Air conditioning on hot days is also not experienced and even if turned on by nose you can search for the source of airflow. Tied up with deposit terms I could not leave this bank for a long time but today I can say with a pure heart that I am finally free. Personally, I do not recommend it, especially to those who need to take care of banking matters regularly than just having a bank account for the monthly payment.
