I do not recommend this company, the arrogant employee wanted me to sign a protocol inconsistent with the facts. I have never encountered such a dishonest approach to a client. I was forced to call the police, which cooled down the emotions of the employee. Be careful, watch out for this fireman !!!!!!

I definitely do not recommend this company and even advise against everyone. It is a pity from the OC's perpetrator, in Gdansk I returned the car to the service and a replacement car was provided to me from the Arsen rental company. The car had damage in the form of scratches on each of its body parts. Of course, there were also dents and the bumper was damaged with paint along the cracked coating. In addition, the sofas in the rear seats and the driver's seat were in big spots (yuck!) And what shocked me the most ... it was an empty tank, after turning the key there was no visible indicator light. The employee claimed that he was transferring the car with an empty tank and I would return it with an empty tank ... haha ​​... Even more convinced me to resign from using the services of this company ... a daily limit of 300 km (?) Entered with a pen and each subsequent km will be payable. The employee who gave me the car claimed to be a director who tried to convince me that their GTC had no limit on kilometers driven ... if so, he would not have entered the limit on the car rental contract under which he had to sign me.
