I had to fix my hair in another salon. Maybe I came across a hairdresser who is just learning? Because it was like that. I did not expect this from the supposedly best hairdressing salon in Elbląg. I will definitely never go back there.
I heartily do NOT RECOMMEND !!! I had an appointment on August 25 at 8, no one was there and the lady, after less than 15 minutes of waiting in front of the living room, wrote that there was a mistake. Total lack of professionalism !! I took special time off at work to go on a visit. When the lady tried somehow to compensate for the whole loss by offering me hours like 8:00 or 9:00 when every normal member is working, or she is not able to spend about 3 hours in these hours at the hairdresser, which means that I would have to leave another day of work, so the lady suggested a date for me next week. I will go to another salon where they take customers seriously, here I advise you to fix the systems and not make customers rams. I would like to add that in return for compensation, a hair cosmetic was offered, where in another city, like a hairdresser, she was an hour late, I got a 50% discount on the entire service and free modeling. The lady also tried to postpone my visit from yesterday to 1pm, but unfortunately I don't have all day set aside for a hairdresser. I do not recommend it again.
Full professionalism, very nice ladies hairdressers. For my thin and damaged hair, a non-invasive coloring was proposed, and the end result was great.
I always choose this place, especially for parties when a nice hairstyle is what counts for me.
The salon is run with passion, the service is constantly improving during training. I have been a clinic for over 10 years and each time ladies are able to surprise me with new trends and techniques. I regularly attend treatments that take care of the condition of my hair, because the salon has a very rich offer! I also recommend styling hairstyles for various occasions, they are always made with great care! Special thanks to Mrs. Agnieszka, who has been taking care of my hair for so many years
