Whenever I need to buy drugs, I forget why I don't like shopping there. And I remembered it. There is a lady working there who missed her calling. Every time I come, it improves the form of my statements or my attitude. For example: that you shouldn't start a sentence with the words "yyyy" next time, that you don't start a sentence with the words "so", or that you shouldn't lean against the counter like that. I do not go there to learn the correct Polish language or the correct posture, but to buy drugs. I am not the only one in all this, because I have often heard instructions addressed to other clients. I am 49 years old and I finished my studies long time ago. It is not cultural to pay attention to adults. It may also result, for example, from problems with contacting other people and such comments have a very bad effect on the self-esteem of such a person. Very not nice lady. I greet all the other ladies and I sympathize with such a colleague. Not only that, the lady is misleading giving the sum to be paid. If I have to pay PLN 11.89, why does this lady tell me that I have PLN 12 to pay. It's not a big difference, however.

The pharmacy gives 5 stars for a fully professional customer service (nice Pharmaceutical ladies have a lot of knowledge about medicines). The prices in the pharmacy are quite low and if you have time you can always order medicines from the doz.pl website - then the prices are lower by as much as 30-40% - and the package with them can be picked up at the pharmacy after 2-4 days. An additional advantage of this pharmacy is the location - near Biedronka and the ATM and a large and convenient parking lot. The only disadvantage of a pharmacy is sometimes two online orders that are blocked for a week - for example, when a drug is not in stock in the central warehouse. It is a pity that no information is sent to the client that a given drug is not available at the moment and is not asking if the rest of the order (without a given drug) is to be implemented immediately. That would make things much easier - but this is a topic for the DOZ online pharmacy - they can look here and read it: D
