Customer service at the lowest level. Lady not nice and surly. Does not provide information, e.g. on a loan that was granted at the head office or at another point of the Bishop

when making a payment, the customer is not sure whether he will pay the money because the agency's owner sets limits, such a roulette may not work !!!!!
