Terrible quality of stay in the cottage. The shower and toilet are falling apart, there is a negligible amount of cutlery and dishes in the kitchen. Linen stale. The size of the glasses as for children. There is no dishwasher. Access to the lake is 100/150 meters on the mud. Only one bathroom in half of the cottage. In summer, the rooms on the first floor are so warm that it is impossible to sleep. The deck is shaking and you are walking on plywood. fluff and makeshift. I got the impression that the owner did not intend to satisfy his customers with the launch of this investment, only to earn somehow on the land on which he built these pseudo-cottages. Avoid this business with a wide berth.

Approach to guests by the owner of the object below criticism. We booked a stay for 6 people in the house Orchidea - day from 14 this, and at 17:00 still not cleaned, smell of alcohol and dirt in the house, fridge, kitchen cabinets all gluing. In addition, leftovers and cigarette butts. We were redirected to Lake House until Orchodeia was overwhelmed. In the meantime, it turned out that we have nowhere else to go back to because the owner rented the house to someone else, we stayed without accommodation in the middle of the holiday. Embarrassing and insolent. The owner did not feel guilty and we did not even hear the word "sorry". I do not recommend!!!

Hello After the last stay, I say that I do not recommend this place to relax. First of all, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, bedding, dirty sheets. Lack of hot water, and actually hot water "appears and disappears", which is not pleasant in the shower. It can be ice-cold. Clogged sink. not fixed despite the reported problem. Broken leg by the bed, sunken sofa. Unfortunately, the pictures do not reflect the true state of reality.
