The owner of this guesthouse had a good idea, unfortunately he was a bit too sparing in the construction and equipment of this "apartment". Falling out window, terribly small kitchen and fridge. A crumbling bed. Something like clean sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper. It is not standard here. There is a general mess all over the area. Rubbish is stored under the stairs and next to the stairs at the entrances to the guesthouse. The owner's son adds flavor, who walks the dogs out and leaves their droppings not cleaned. Also everywhere on the gravel and clay volleyball court. Everywhere you can find protruding nails and screws. She heard how the wife had pointed out to the owner's daughter about the screws protruding from the playground seat. "Do you think I should wring it out?" Anyway, from this young lady you could hear various interesting texts "I don't clean here, after all" - a response to the remark on the subject of mess and dirty dishes. "It's not a hotel" - no soap. Graciously reported missing linen and towels utensils 24 hrs after arrival. General ignorance of guests - already paid. Ps, pay attention to the nails at the platforms. I wish I had taken few photos. Sometimes the cesspool still flows into the lake. I certainly wouldn't call it an apartment. Staff rooms at most.

A large house with a few "apartments" if you find the guests well is a nice place: peace / quiet / relaxation. Lots of space, so everyone will find space for themselves. There is nothing to complain about "apartments" with basic equipment. Owner polite and you can see that he had an idea for the place. There are a few details that you need to pay attention to. The bedding in the bedrooms was incomplete, our pillows were missing, and one duvet literally smelled of "old sweat". The shower in the basement (where the bedrooms are) was leaking, the lower bathroom was flooded regularly. There is not enough water regularly, you have to report it immediately and the problem disappears. A place rather good for a melange than a chili. I think that you can find much better places near lakes in the area for a price.

I'll start with something good. The cottage is perfectly located, close to Ełk, by the lake shore. Guests have at their disposal two barbecue sheds, a volleyball court, kayaks, a boat for two and deckchairs. The place is really charming. A shadow here, however, are the ones mentioned in previous reviews: dirty bedding (probably everyone would prefer the info that you should come with your own sleeping bag), problems with water supply and the water itself resulting in red stains on clothes. Sometimes it is crowded at the barbeques and you can't wait to wait in line. A great place for a bachelor party, but for a rest with the family or for a longer rest, it is worth considering other places.

A wonderful place, worthy of sincere recommendation, very nice owner who always offers a helping hand. The daughter of the owner is also very nice and helpful, she was happy to help with every question. Very high standard, generally prevailing order both in the rooms and around the facility. An ideal place to relax in silence among nature.

Parties until the morning hours, noise, no curfew, the standard of the rooms is about two or one star, seriously I associate the facility with a night facility than a guest house to relax, do not take children here
