I do not recommend! If you want to buy something, the service is on fire to sell! Worse when it comes to a complaint! This is where the stairs start and staff behavior changes 180 degrees! I will never enter this shop again and I advise you not to! There are many other stores with more professional service! EDIT: For your information: I consider the matter closed and I do not want to have anything to do with your company or THIS STORE. Promises and lies made, information inconsistent. Please also consider the change of the company that handles the service. Failure in the lack of everything that is called competences. The only PLUS - the matter is settled after a very long battle and it's online!

The manager is a disagreement, an hour before closing she will not handle it because "we are closing in a moment and I don't have time for it", she attacks and raises her voice for no reason and threatens with monitoring. The manager scares people away with her behavior and facial expressions, bitter people are not a good advertisement.

Embarrassment of the service in Oława of the RTV euro household appliances store, nice as they want to sell, when there is a complaint, it is a failure of the store, and specifically the management of the lady treats you like a thief. No favorable approach as in the case of purchase. How can you avoid the store from a distance, if you care about this chain of stores, in another city or a hotline there are some approachable people. Maybe it's time to change the cast of this store.

The manager or some old woman going through the menopause is so coarse that I wish the shop to collapse ... she doesn't know and pretends she knows everything about potatoes and you don't serve customers!

Full professionalism of the people working in this store. Every time I make purchases, I meet friendly and professional staff. Employees can advise on the purchase and in my opinion they know their stuff. I recommend this store.
