Unhelpful service, they put a washing machine behind the door and zero help carrying up the stairs from the store, not to mention packing into the car. At Euro RTV AGD in Rawicz, the service was taken to the car and helped to pack inside. The same network, different standards.

Problem accepting a complaint. Nobody wanted to fill out the application form. As one husband has said - mechanical damage the manufacturer will reject the claim. The manufacturer not only did not reject but repaired the equipment under warranty. While receiving, they still pressed the ignorance as much as they helped.
