I ordered a computer to assemble in the store: generally a lot of money, because components such as Intel Core i7, graphics card and motherboard from MSI or 16GB of RAM cost a little - everyone who knows a little about the subject knows what I'm talking about. Kindest service, helpful, theoretically knowledgeable. I placed my order on Thursday and the next day the computer was ready for pickup. Everything quickly and to the point. And here the stairs begin. It turned out very quickly that the computer was working poorly; so-called "blue screens" appear, and when enabled do not "see" the mouse and monitor keyboard. Therefore, on Monday I took the computer to the store and after testing it turned out that the RAM memory was broken. Of course, the gentlemen said that they would order a new one, mount it and as soon as it was done they would call that the computer was ready for pickup. It also happened. After arriving home and firing the computer, it turned out that the RAM memory is actually new - instead of 16GB there is 8GB. For those who do not know - there is a big difference in price, not to mention the quality of computer work. After making a phone call to the store for clarification purposes, it turned out that they were actually wrong. I have mixed feelings about this translation - human errors happen, and on the other hand, as I mentioned above; for the price is a big difference. Of course, I did not incur any additional costs resulting from the replacement of parts or additional orders, although the lost time and my irritation are, in my opinion, the result of a lack of professionalism and a "blow job". Let's arrange: for this money everything should be done up to the last button - RAM and other components should be checked the first time, and as soon as they are replaced it should be done without any problems. At this point, I'm waiting for you to call me that new RAM has arrived so that I have what I paid for at the very beginning. Once this happens, I will go there again so that the store can fix its errors resulting from doing "on the spot". I understand that lost time, wasted fuel, broken humor and irritation cannot be submitted for complaint ...? If anyone intends to order a computer there - I strongly advise against.

Great place, I have been repairing the computer there for years, they have recently made me a new one for 12,000 and it is like a dream, I always buy new mice, microphones or keyboards from them and always what they recommend works like a dream for many years.

As stated below, the service is below the level of criticism. He does not even deserve one star. I gave a fully functional laptop to the service, only to replace the hinges. Although the housing has been replaced, but the battery and backlight on the keyboard have been broken, in addition, the gentlemen do not feel guilty and claim that I ruined it myself and not sure that it was them. I do not recommend anyone with all my heart !!
