My mother and I have been going to classes since February and we like them very much. The teacher approaches everyone individually and even during social isolation classes were professionally conducted online. We recommend both young and old.

I was afraid that I would not be able to stretch, but Rych - the leader, has a very individual approach to everyone and notices limitations and possibilities. Great classes.
