I did not like how we gave the warranty shoes today. The lady did not even check what happened to them, put them under the counter and asked us what to enter (what is happening to them) and we received a guarantee card and we have to wait two weeks for confirmation of the guarantee. but the problem is that friends in our company gave shoes for warranty a week earlier and everything took place immediately. A very nice lady looked at the shoes and offered to change immediately and everything lasted 5 minutes.
