A notary public performs various notarial activities. He is obliged, among others read the notarial deed, the content of other documents - prepared by the parties themselves - the notary does not read it, but informs about the effects of the activities in this form; the parties writing it are responsible for the content of such documents and statements contained therein; Due to the provisions of statutes binding notaries, it is not possible to perform a notarial act in a short period of time, so when going to such an institution, you should reserve more time.

Very bad service. Zero professionalism. We wrote down the division of the property with my ex-husband, the notary did not read the notarial deed at all, did not even ask if the money had been transferred to the second half. We waited for over an hour alone in the room, every now and then the assistant came and asked a question. I do not recommend.
