Dance studio, fitness studio, gym. Three in one. Everyone should find something for themselves. Fantastic location, convenient opening hours, friendly service. I would recommend.
Friendly service, which approaches both customers and colleagues in a friendly way.
You can take care of the figure, practice the dance, learn the wedding dance, or arrange the best birthday. In Balans Studio, you can reserve a treadmill for yourself or take part in classes:
* Zumba,
* Salsation,
* Attack on the thighs and buttocks,
And many more.
You can get all the information at the reception where young smiling people are happy to share their knowledge.
Cool place.mila service.with little equipment for strength exercises
One-time entry for PLN 25 to the gym zone, and literally a few barbells at the gym, two cross benches. Generally terrible poverty with equipment, some have more equipment at home. The punching bag is, but ... not hung. There are kettle, but max. The load is 8kg and they never come together. Entrance to such a place is worth less than PLN 5. For the price of a single entry you can have a monthly pass in some gyms. The upside is that it is at least clean. I do not recommend.
