I rarely give such a low note. However, it is caused by carelessness, ignorance, or simply forgetfulness. Google said the store is open until 4pm. So I went with my 87-year-old grandmother, who was barely in walking distance, to get a walker. We arrive near the store around 2 p.m., get out with great difficulty and the shop is closed. On the glass, even the smallest note that it is closed, that I will be back soon, that there is a break. Ie was also informed that it was closed due to COVID 19. We felt completely disregarded as customers. I hope that the great attitude of the staff will make the good notes overshadow my negative ones and the average will be good :) Yours faithfully
