Pandemic and the bus is delayed and overcrowded, what is this company? It limits courses in a pandemic era and takes 2, 3 times more people than allowed. One star because no one can be given

Nice and polite drivers. Very nice atmosphere. Buses are comfortable and always clean. I've been driving for about two years now and have never been disappointed. I am always happy to drive. I am always HAPPY. They have a lot of connections in the miom region and that's why I travel with them the most. I recommend the Sand-Bus company. Best regards. Ps. BAYLAND AND FORWARD.

Buses are forever before or after the departure time. If I am able to understand the arrival after time due to traffic jams, I cannot understand the arrivals by more than 10 minutes too early. Today, once again the bus at 12 01 from Zgierz left the bus stop around 11 49, I could only watch it from afar, which makes it all the more annoying that on Sunday the next bus is at 13 11

I understand that traffic jams, reconstruction, delayed buses. Maybe change the timetable at this time or give more buses? Calling for information, the Lady first asked how much earlier I was and later said that she was only on timetables so why these questions? Driver badges of the type "Get your car in and drive yourself" etc. I think they're out of place. Our customer, Mr. Thank you. Maybe the competition could be useful ... I would write a lot more but why ... Nothing will change because money counts!
