They should hire an employee to greet applicants as they usually do, and not distract the desk people who serve bank customers. This is an idiotic custom that only irritates the queuing people and has nothing to do with courtesy. There are still not enough employees in the room.

Little courteous service for long-term employees, receiving and transferring amounts (even bigger ones) can be seen from the street. Friendliness is cold, there is no encouragement.
