Unfortunately, in my opinion there are not competent people. An example of this is the little knowledge through which the customer can lose huge amounts of money. In my case, I was informed (when signing the contract) that I would pay PLN 50 for 36 months, however, after 12 months I have to send the code back, but I do not have to worry about it, because this "reliable" company will send a reminder in the form of an SMS . Maybe somehow they forgot my phone number, because I received such a text not after 12, but after 13 months. I phoned the hotline as soon as possible. To my surprise, the lady was incredibly sure that you have to deposit 100 zlotys to send the code and everything will be great and I will be able to pay 50 zlotys for 36 months. A month passed and the story repeated itself, so I called the helpline again, where I was shocked. The first words I heard were: "But I'm tired" most likely addressed to a colleague or colleague. The lady was not pleasant, and the questions about the previous conversation and the information given from the help of plus answered monotonously "YOU MUST PAY 100 PLN". Further it was only worse, I got the impression that you do not quite know what we are talking about and want to end the call as soon as possible. Her tone was very haughty, but it wasn't the worst of it. After 5 questions put to this lady I got three answers. "YOU MUST PAY 100 PLN", "I DON'T SEE ONLY WHAT'S ON THE SCREEN", "I DON'T." On the plus side, in one month I lost 170 zlotys by mistake the lady from the first conversation, and the lady from the second conversation asking about it, she stated that I should spend it on packages, because she will not download them from the account. Until now I have 170 zlotys in my account and when I asked the question what now with them will get the answer: "you have to pay 100 zlotys". It turned out that the plus blocked me 100 zlotys and I can't use them anywhere except for packages I don't need. In this way I lost 170 zlotys + 100 zlotys, together 270 zlotys for a packet of unlimited calls, worth 50 zlotys.
