Very friendly service, nice atmosphere, you can always talk and get help. One winter when the snow fell, the lady returned in the jacket to the already closed shop to exchange for a quickly cracked spokes (I was 20km from home). She didn't take the money. I would highly recommend.

A very historical place and with traditions. Very nice and professional and reliable service. Services are performed quickly. A large selection of bikes as well as bicycle accessories. You can get help or hints as to the choice of vehicle. In any case, whoever comes here will come out happy. At least I am. Greetings.

As for the store, even nice service: p However, recently I gave the wheel to center and I regret it very much ... At first glance, everything is cool two new spokes "which previously had no insight" on the sides almost invisible bumps all super! But already on the first ride I felt that the wheel was ovoid and so much that the whole bike jumped up: p I unscrewed the wheel again, I removed the tire, inner tube and band and the first thing that caught my eye was a new spokes protruding 8mm from the inside and , until I was surprised that the inner tube did not break at a pressure of 5 bar ... Also, I do not recommend centering the wheels in this store, because it was just worse than before coming ... I gave the wheel to another store (Częstochowa) and there was no problem; ) I gave only two stars, because for an authorized KROSSA website it is a failure: p
