Customers of this Bank must be very careful. My friend has an account with this bank. Her surprise was great when she wanted to withdraw her pension from the ATM next door and it turned out that she had just over PLN 300 on her account. She went to the bank to explain the situation. Her surprise was even greater when the service lady told her that she had withdrawn money a few days ago in this branch. (This is recorded in the system) My friend replied that she had not been in the bank branch for several months (which is consistent with truth). After a short exchange of opinions, the service ladies came out to the back room (there were 3 of them). After a few minutes of meeting, they returned and said that it was definitely a system error because there are several people with the same name and surname in the town. After about an hour, the money returned to the friend's account. This situation is very thoughtful. It seems that the service is not competent.
