You can't give a good opinion about this place, they say about this place that it is the worst court in the Lodz region right after Pabianice it is not true all courts in Lodz and in the nearest neighborhood they are after only one money and the head of the district court is just an example how not operate such an important state body.
I agree, the same approach to people explains a lot, i.e. not ordinary gray employees but judges. What is it about that some people can behave normally and others go puffed up and brooding towards everyone. A very stereotypical approach but probably every judge has it, maybe it's routine? the worst thing is that a new employee comes to work and by observing the behavior of the judges he quickly learns the wrong approach failure.
The judge of the court in Brzeziny justifies my defeat by the fact that the other party to the citations' proceedings would not want to attend the hearings, they probably have more interesting things to do.
Such a judgment is a pathology, nothing more to add.
A friendly staff, I settled matters in department IV and in the secretary's office explained everything clearly, what, where and how to fill, with a smile and kindness, without any referring or "There you have a pattern please fill it in"
