Although my parcel arrived at a different address, in response to my complaint, I received a reply that it was delivered to a good box. I will only add that I have attached SMS correspondence with the person who had my package ... but no, I received the package :)

Fatal service what some people who work there have such faces as if they worked there as punishment. Parcels and letters are lost and I will not mention contact by phone, you have to wait for a miracle to finally receive someone.

The facility has been renovated, but almost always too few people to service. The standard is waiting in the queue for 20 minutes. Most employees are nice, few of them are worse 😂🤣

always a mega queue, ladies will not go to the warehouse for the package, because as they say, the mailman deals with it if he is not there, we will not get a package
