I used only the ATM. Also available outside working hours branch, the number of pieces 2. It ATM / wpłatomat at the same time. You can use them without a bank card. Door opens to the phone with the application of ING via NFC, and the same payout is possible thanks to Blik. Another advantage of the unit is its good location.

Nice and helpful customer service, 2 cash deposit machines and ATMs in one are located in the room that opens with a card.

Two ATMs and the only plus of this ING branch. It's enough that three people come and wait for half an hour. The coffee maker does not usually work.

The bank itself is small, but inside it is comfortable, because there are not many visitors at the same time. The staff is very friendly and smart. They quickly find solutions to various issues. I liked the approach to customers who do not understand the Polish language. The employee of the bank those phrases that Ukrainian clients did not understand, translated into Google Translator, also gave it to customers to translate already expressions of customers when they could not tell them in Polish. The location is beautiful - the city center, but not on the weak central square of the city, and 50 meters away from it.
