Byłam raz i po raz ostatni. Bardzo nie miła obsługa, zero podejścia do klienta. Pani która tam pracuje ewidentnie męczy się tylko na stanowisku. Nawet nie zdążyłam się rozejrzeć po sklepie a już musiałam wyjść. Powiem raz jeszcze to co powiedziałam w sklepie. Na miejscu Pani pracodawcy automatycznie bym Panią zwolniła!!

I highly recommend this store. Bike bought online - Romet Orkan M 28. Very good service, very good price, zero warranty inspection practically included in the price, the bike is well packed and shipped quickly. In a word - I RECOMMEND !!! :)

I ordered the bike on December 23, 2020 around 10 am, the next day (Wiligia) the bike was already at my place. I have no idea how you did it. I am so grateful! Shipment carefully packed. Thank you and I recommend the Activsport store with all my heart!

I strongly advise against bike service here! Customer service is a joke. I gave the bike to the service and wheel centering. By phone, I was told that the entire service would cost me PLN 50, you said on the spot that it was 70, and finally I paid 90. Only for what? I picked up the bike after a week (not to mention that no one even called me with the information that the bike is ready for collection, I asked myself after a week and it turned out that the bike was waiting for me). I did not notice any change in the bike after the service, even the brake was not pulled up. Wheels, the centering of which I wanted to not feel their "rocking" while driving, also in my opinion were not even touched by the service. I returned with a complaint and a question for what I paid such an amount for, in that case, and a very rude Mr. Darek from the service informed me that it was for this service, so I ask what, when there is no difference in the bike? You said that the tires must be replaced, and while driving the bike, I asked if the tires were already to be replaced and it was stated that they were not yet. Mentioning this, the service technician decided that I was riding the bike and that I should know if these tires should be replaced. He didn't even mention the brakes that weren't pulled up. General discussion to no avail and the level of service is laughter in the room. Money down the drain. I ADVISE!
