Ineresants are standing in the cold line in masks and the ladies clerks are heating their asses and none of them are wearing a mask. 1 hour of standing to find out that I can book a visit to the communication department in a week, and I just wanted to register the hook.

I did my errands via e-puap so there was no problem. Nowadays what can be done electronically should be done this way. Probably collecting vehicle registration certificates and plates, the elderly have a problem but the younger ones should switch to such a system.

tragedy, my opinion relates to the communications department. Twice I tried to pick up the registration document which the dear lady held in my hands in front of me, proposing to arrange a collection date due to the limitation of the number of people staying in the starosty due to a pandemic ... paranoia

Employees have not been able to contact the starost for a week, the secretariat cannot hand over the phone, even if "my case" is communicated, it remains unanswered. The starost's secretary claims that she will not provide her personal data despite the fact that she is a state official.
