Despite the fact that he finally repaired (he was only supposed to assemble the equipment), he receives a total of two from me with a minus. Assessment for the cost of "repair" and default, untimely. I do not recommend.

The mower accepted for repair on July 15 with information that the service may take up to 2 weeks. After this period, several phone calls from my side and an assurance from the service that the repair is almost finished and the mower will be available for collection "tomorrow". Unfortunately, it wasn't. After the 4th phone call, on August 18, the owner agreed to repair the mower on the same day and called back saying it was ready. When submitting for repair, the service undertook to inform about additional costs exceeding the estimated maximum amount of repair. However, for over a month he did not deign to warn that the cost could be higher, denying a lack of memory of the arrangements and demanding an amount well beyond the original estimate. On delivery on August 20, the mower did not start. The owner asked for another hour for repairs, after which he said that he "gave up" and would not finish the job, leaving me after a month of waiting with a mower not working and a bill for the "service" performed.
