Worth recommending !!! A company with great experience. All employees approach the client with great commitment, advice, and individuality, and at the same time listen to the client's needs, not imposing but only their rigid procedures. They have a lot of practical knowledge of many years, moreover, professional photo equipment and a drone. Pictures are a real "firecracker". They are very effective, I found out about it during our joint project this year. Sale of a house in less than two months from the moment of the first meeting, writing the contract, taking professional photos, preparing ads, until the transaction is finalized. HUGE Respect !! Especially during a pandemic. By cooperating with the Kawaciuk Real Estate Agency, you have a 100% guarantee that the product will be sold in a very short time !!. What distinguishes them from others: They handle all formalities, including: - excerpts from the land and mortgage register, - all contracts, - rewriting all kinds of meters (electricity, water, gas), -notary, -glings on portals. E.t.c Without charging any additional fees and hidden costs. The office has a very nice family atmosphere, I was always welcomed with a smile, good coffee and home-made cake.
