I was very disappointed with the service for the first time. The wheel left to replace the inner tube for six days not made. The day before by phone I was assured that after taking the bike off the hanger, they would take care of it. Immediate delivery on Giant.
I do not recommend, they do not give warranty, after buying an inner tube that could not last even 5 minutes and exploded I was not returned so this is my last purchase in this store
After one positive evaluation of the shop (service), I gave the bike for review. The Lord assured me that he will work with this bike and another two in two weeks. The service was really helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, I place a large minus for the price I paid for one review of PLN 100 with the replacement of the tire. Zebatka all dirty, no light added, not informing until the last moment (and I did not do phone 3 times) repair and provide information that it is not possible to exchange the right blocks. Not to mention that no one knew what was really done in it. It's a shame that you defend yourself that the season has started and you have a lot of work. I'm changing the site on Gia..t. It is a pity because I have about 200 meters to yours.
