Another visit and another big disappointment. Total lack of competences, zero customer service, "please check it out there" spychology. There, the staff does not even look at the interlocutor. I went through all the departments and no one helped me, advised me. I strongly do not recommend it!

We bought tiles for the bathroom. Thanks for the good advice! There is a very good selection and Ms. Magdalena gave us very good advice in German. Very good service. after three working days the call came that we could pick up the nasties. Very good quality at (for Germans) a reasonable price.
