One big misunderstanding! How can I rent equipment that I have reserved in advance to another customer? And the seller can tell you in the face that booking by phone means nothing. If this is the case, it was necessary to inform about it, I would come in person, leave an advance or something ... In addition, the seller gets confused saying that he did not have any reservations on a note next to the monitor, and later states that the equipment was rented by a customer who also had an earlier reservation. I do not recommend a store that cannot keep contracts.
