Unfortunately, the commission that the BUYER has to pay for the broker is a misunderstanding. In our case, it would be about 7.5 thousand. just for showing us the apartment. When we asked if this commission could be dismissed, the lady said that she would help us negotiate the price with the owners (sum sum, the result of this action would not speak in our favor anyway :) but apparently someone decided that she was dealing with less intelligent than herself. Returning to the negotiations on the part of the agent, it is now the highlight of the program, the price reduction that this lady received from property owners is the entire PLN 2,000 (in words: two thousand zlotys :) for a property worth 210 thousand. I advise you to avoid.

I recommend it with a clear conscience, I got help in a rather difficult matter.
I recommend the company as much as possible, good contact and friendly service.
They sell plots of land, very cheap. Only they can't say where :-)
