I definitely do not recommend buying anything from this company! In March, through one of the partner stores, I bought a mortar mixer, the most expensive model, immediately after taking it out of the box, the device did not work properly, the revolutions were jumping, no reaction to the speed control, sparks and smoke were fired from the engine. The device is under repair for the 4th time. Still not fixed, not even a few buckets of mortar mixed up. When you manage to call the service, they promise to fix it, and still not done. Each time only the brushes were replaced and the effect was the same. The case lasts over three months. Almost PLN 400 down the drain I do not recommend anyone who wants to have an efficient and good tool. August 28, 2020 I picked up the tool after my 4th visit to the site. Theoretically, the electronic module has been repaired, but the fault is still there and the tool does not work properly. It was on the site for over a month. I have already lost hope that the factory defect will be repaired ... I don't want to waste time and strength. I give up. Almost PLN 400 down the drain.

The company misleads customers, there is no service for its entire range. The service in Warsaw refused to accept the electric mower under warranty. In the event of a repair under warranty, the customer has to send the equipment to the central service for his own money. The second issue is the quality of the equipment, the electric mower with the HECHT 1802 S drive, bought in June this year, worked several times until August and the drive failed. I want to give this scrap metal back and get my money back.

The purchased "Hecht 9285 XL shredder with a Door to Dor warranty, was sent back to the service twice during operation, after several first repairs it went several months, this year (at the end of the warranty period) the problem repeated, door to door service was not offered, attempts to get out The repair for "fast" by replacing only the bearing, the effect of which was that after 7 days the device completely refused to continue working, the engine stood sideways. Inside there is no service interference, it was not even cleaned, and was there twice. I won't take another HECHT under my roof.

I advise you to consider before buying equipment from this company. The web of services is negligible. Repair after warranty is shipping at your own expense. The nearest service from Lublin is Radom (over 100km in one direction). It is definitely better to buy company equipment with better service availability. It is difficult to find an unauthorized service center that will repair your Hecht electric mower.
