Competency at a very low level. A Jewish bank when it comes to fees related to keeping an account. The option of currency exchange tragic compared to the PKO bank is always 10gr lower and so they rob the customer at every step. The lady who arranged the loan did not even call back and tell her what the next procedure was. Only after making another phone call did you deign to pick up the case and I did not finish it due to the closure of the office from which I needed copies. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Hello, I have bad experience with my friend and the Bank. Not like with the Bank as the people who work there. Very nice customer service and treatment. I do not recommend this Filial.
