This is the most authentic polish restaurant in the region koliba in slubice has a Canadian owner that obviously is fluent in English and makes you feel at home, while explaining what polish food Is all about.

We told the waitress that we were waiting for the table. After 20 minutes they just served a table for another park. When I noticed the waitress, she just shrugged her shoulders 🤷🏻‍♀️. Sorry, but something like that 🤨 ..... the more so because we were there with two small children
