Telephone service - a tragedy, I am speechless. The lady cannot say if the date next week is up-to-date, because the situation is changing, sure, I understand, but she also cannot check if there would be anything off after 16, because "the situation is changing and it will not be checked." I have to call the day before the deadline and then find out if the date will be valid, "if we do not answer, it means that we are not here" ...
