I came to the salon encouraged by photos from their site on Facebook as well as the assurances of the owner that she does the work professionally. A Ukrainian woman took care of my hair, but the owner brazenly tries to convince me that the photos I sent like the hair look from the inside (photos with the date they were taken, and it was a few hours after visiting the salon) are not after coloring in their salon 😆 he had be pretty uniform blonde, and from the bottom are terribly red ... What has never happened to me at any hairdresser to make my natural hair brown to light red. From the outside, the hair even looks nice and in the salon seeing them I was pleased is the fact only my mistake that I did not see what is from the inside ... But as the owner claims has monitoring and in case of claims it will recreate everything so I hope that you will use it in my favor :) The whole conflict has been going on since Saturday when I asked for a refund of half the amount (because I am a man and I understand the time that was spent on performing "coloring" and cutting hair) and all this "service" cost me 400 PLN, the owner of course began to scare lawyers. I can't come to the amendment because I live over 200km and the owner knew this about how many kilometers I go to her, and even if I lived closer, I would certainly not give myself to either of you. For Mrs. Jolanta news when the police or lawyers threaten me again ... I invite you to read Article 213 of the Penal Code. In addition, I will certainly hand over the case to the Consumer Ombudsman because the salon owner does not see fault in what happened despite her work in the profession for 35 years (she herself stated), it is best to blame the client that she is trying to extort money only through the way Mrs. Jolanto accused they are also covered by the paragraph :) In addition, my photos before and after were placed on the salon's website as well as on the owner's private account without informing me about this fact (you were unlucky enough to make screenshots before they were removed by you, fearing that I would give a REAL opinion. It is a pity that no photos of hair from the bottom were taken and added to the site since the service was so expertly done. So, to sum up ... Even the worst enemy would not wish to deal with this salon led by the owner.

The worst hair salon in Poland. Triple and damages hair. I would not recommend anyone to go there. I had beautiful long hair ... And where are they ??? Damaged tips and vogules can't dye !!! Paints cost PLN 20 And she cancels PLN 300 for dyeing with them. Very expensive and 0 quality. The products are tacky and very expensive sold.
