The staff does not react to large queues, no one comes when the bell rings, although 2-3 people are putting goods. If someone is to come to the second ticket, he ostentatiously shows dissatisfaction. Purchases last 3m, queue for 5-7 idle waiting. In addition, cigarettes are often missing.
