One star for the place, the other for the freshness of vegetables. The staff does not change gloves. He accepts the order, issues the rest in one-off gloves, in which he later prepares the order. In the same gloves, they bring food to the table. One person from the esteemed staff was washing the table with the same gloves and then preparing the order.
