I do not understand such low grades of this institution. Queues like everywhere, sometimes longer, sometimes there is no one. Professional service and does not differ from the standards.

If only I could give 0.1 I would do it with great pleasure :) Is the standard in the PKO BP bank the longest possible waiting time in the branch where there are 15 positions? Is the standard service for 4 clients within 50 minutes? if so, I would like to inform you that there is no communism in Poland anymore and it is enough to hire people in appropriate management positions who are able to anticipate certain obvious situations. To the point. Branch in Słupsk on 11 November. 17. Friday, November 8, 2019. I am getting a number with 10 people waiting. 4 PERSONS WORKED FOR 50 MINUTES !!! Joke? not necessarily ... Is it so difficult to predict that on Friday afternoon the number of transactions at the ticket office will grow quite drastically? I would like to point out that 2 were open for 15 positions initially (after a while the second position started to serve other clients). I understand that happy people do not count, but I am one of those unfortunate ... Unfortunately, I failed to perform the surgery. Even "Biedronka" seats more cashiers during rush hour :)
