The best dealership experience I've had. From the first phone contact at 8 AM on a Monday about my broken Alfa which had me stranded hundreds of kilometers from anywhere I know, the service and attention that in particular Mr. Bednarek provided was outstanding. I was informed every step of the way how the work was progressing, what the costs would be and when the car should be ready. The work as performed very quickly (I brought the car on Monday morning and was rolling again Tuesday afternoon after extensive repairs that required ordering parts for my slightly uncommon car), and professionally. I have been to dealerships in USA, Norway, France, Denmark, Germany, Poland, and Switzerland, for a variety of different car-makes and this was best I have encountered.

Full professionalism. Battery failure on the new Tipo. AUTO DIUG covered everything 100%. Replacement car at the indicated address. Battery replaced with a new one. The staff knows what they are doing and what they say, the highest level of culture. Only warm slippers and cold beer were missing.

I recommend the Auto Diug service in Słupsk. Uses Peugeot Boxer 2017. The fuel system was automatically cut off while driving. I called the dealer where I was servicing the car (I will definitely not go there anymore - Peugeot Mojsiuk Koszalin) and there I was told that there was no other way but to call the tow truck and deliver the car to their service. Unfortunately, I also called Auto Dug Słupsk and there the service manager Mr. Tomasz L. selflessly and professionally solved my problem, because it was only about pressing one button hidden under the passenger's feet. Big applause and thanks to Auto Diug Słupsk! If I have a problem with my car - first Auto Diug Słupsk.
