The tragic behavior of the owner (or at least I think she was the one I had the trouble to associate with), who, instead of trying to alleviate her lack of professionalism and inability to interpersonal contacts, decided to go into denial and continue telling how it is very difficult to predict anything in her industry. If you do not have the ability to predict or clairvoyance, I recommend that you prepare questions that you need to ask the client during the initial interview. Wasted time, but at least money will not be wasted in this mess of mediocrity. I do not recommend it at all, it is not worth wasting your nerves and time on this car wash and spend this money on a more serious company :)

1. We had an appointment on September 25th and we waited about 10 days for it. We left the car in the car wash, but after 15 minutes the woman who works there (very rude) called and said that we should take the car from them because it is too dirty and they do not have time to clean it. 😆 2. The next day we have a wedding and we have to drive a dirty car, because the company that says on the facebook that they will clean everything is actually only cleaning clean cars. 3. We came to the car wash to pick up the car and during a very unpleasant conversation, a lady in blond hair, instead of apologizing to us for the lack of time to wash our car, accused us of not taking care of our car, and we should do it every day. Dear Dear, if I took care of the car every day, I would not use your services. This is what it is all about, that I pay for the service of cleaning my burnt car. 🙃 4. The same lady, of course, shouted at us that we did not say the condition of the car when we made an appointment. Sorry, but my car is not in a deplorable condition, it's just dirty. It is your responsibility to ask the customer on the phone if the car is outside the building, if it is moldy and when it was last generally cleaned. The woman announced that for such a car she needs 5 hours of cleaning and she does not have time for such work. Our car is parked in front of the block most of the time, it was well washed three months ago. Anyway, everything can be cleaned up, unfortunately it has probably outgrown this company. 💁🏼‍♀️ I have never left the car in such a place for cleaning and I did not know what information I would give this woman, so she should ask me and estimate more or less what condition the car is in, and then arrange us for a looser day when they will be able to devote a moment to it. 5. This lady does not show any interpersonal skills, because she could call us back and say that unfortunately the car will not be cleaned today, because she did not inquire about its condition and we probably did not get along. She could alleviate the situation by phone and propose only external washing every 2 hours to be enough for her or she could ask for a change of the washing date. Unfortunately, she did not show culture and showed how much she cares about clients. 6. Maybe your company should employ more people, because I can see that 2 ladies cannot clean dirty cars. I do not recommend. Response to owner comment: Eco-Car Steam Wash I'm sorry, but you also shouted at us and please do not forget about it. We used the services of such a car wash for the first time, and the cleaning set is for us vacuuming and washing from the outside, I did not expect anything more 💁🏼‍♀️ Unfortunately, the Lady did not propose a different date, she did not say that she was sorry, but the Lady's task was too much for this day. You gave the keys and grabbed a rag to clean your neighbor's car, which was already standing instead of ours 💁🏼‍♀️ You could suggest a convenient solution to this problem by phone. And the truth is that you suggested that we should take care of the car every day, the car was washed 3 months ago, don't tell me that I haven't cleaned it for a year. And if you say so, then you are probably not an expert in your field. The conversation took place at the entrance to your car wash, which is why the neighbors heard it. It was unpleasant to talk, because the Lady was rude and could not apologize for wasting our time. Please do not suggest to me that I am not humble and unpleasant. I'm just dissatisfied, because I waited 10 days for the date to come to you, and for the departure no one even offered anything in return. :)
