Food is lovely Hungarian pancakes to die for
Excellent Polish Cafe
Pizza and Polish cuisine. Pork knuckle (golonka) was quite nice. The customer service was good so 4 stars.
My worst food experience in Slupsk! I visit Slupsk about once a year and have always had fantastic food at other restaurants and Cafes (see my other reviews - as an experienced google local guide reviewer).
My experience this evening however, at Nowobramski Pieprznik is quite different and hugely disappointing. My family and I waited over an hour for our food order, which then arrived at different times, and some of the dishes were cold. While we were waiting I raised concerns with members of the staff, but was told there was nothing they could do to improve things and that there was no duty manager on site to speak to. It then became apparent that a manager was on site but was deliberately choosing not to address or talk to us about our concerns - I found this really quite devious.
At the end of our meal, the staff offered no apology for the delay in serving and poor quality of our food,. It was clear from our experience here that the customer service is very poor and that when challenged the staff react in a very negative manner instead of trying to improve things!
Great Tomato soup and Greece salad.
The Pizza is OK.
Good service from the staff.
