Quick settlement of the matter; the staff asks what issue / problem has been reported and directs them to the appropriate position. Unfortunately, it is open only until 3pm, which is a problem for working people.

A branch in which there is no unnecessary waiting, and there is a competent ship's crew, which will always bring you to the port of settling your case at ING Bank Śląski, as it is best for you - just being in this branch recently I learned that from now on I have a paid account that I can change it to free when dealing with the case with which I came - one signature on the appropriate form was enough and it is as it was before :)

The bank is open from 10 to 17 such funny and absurd hours I have not met for a long time, moreover, there is no parking spaces and the ATMs are already at its peak, this is not working forever in the middle of Wednesday and 3 times I still have my card after which the man hears sorry was unlucky and this ATM outside I am standing with money in hand to pay ... just on the street and the ATM works at the rate of a pensioner, it is probably not the point of service, I'll just say that it was better in the old branch. Edit ATMs do not accept cards after an hour, waiting in queue you told me to wait until the next day because it might start working - did not start. For withdrawing money from the account, they want a commission of PLN 9, although I have not damaged the card or done anything about it. This bank is the worst bank I've ever dealt with.
