Very nice lady, but I am disappointed about the order. I was discussing the type of bunch to be, unfortunately I got something completely different on delivery. Three flower sprigs plus a pair of conifer sprigs and a ribbon. It was supposed to be on a leaf and flowers of all kinds. If it weren't for the fact that I was in a hurry, I would have asked for a cashback. Unfortunately, I will not visit this flower shop anymore and I will not recommend it to my friends.
