Hotel Ubertus

Quiet place, very tasty food on restaurant. The room very oldfashioned but clean. Beds, room, bathroom -all very small. Not for longer stay, but one night is ok, as the price is competitive. Good breakfast and coffee.

I had communions in June during covid-19 and everything was top notch. Delicious food, nice service and really tasty, home-made, Silesian cuisine like at the best grandma's. The guests were delighted and what was left, we took everything home and it was on the next day. I would recommend. I had a cake and cake from the restaurant and it was delicious, I do not understand why someone wants to contribute how they organize in the restaurant.

We had a wedding in the Hubertus Manor in the Hunter's room nice food atmospheric food good hotel rooms nice clean ino we had a small problem with the TV service reception nice and helpful greetings :-)

I do not recommend Hubertus. Contract for communion in 2021 signed a year ago. Suddenly, by accident, I find out that the terms of the contract have been changed without notifying us about this fact - apparently they were just about to do it - something like this is notified immediately. In addition, I was laughed at when I said that I had ordered cakes and pies - because who supposedly does such things so early. You can see such people, and since I had in the contract that I can bring my confectionery (including homemade pastries - for serving, slicing which they charge) I can order them even 5 years before the event and with whom I want. Allergy sufferers were allowed to bring one dessert with an invoice and a statement that I brought it myself. When we said that in that case we would resign, we heard that they would not refund us a deposit of PLN 1000. They claim that the deposit is non-returnable, although the law says otherwise, it even mentions its double amount. In the end, they decide to pay a deposit, thus admitting that they are unable to complete the contract on the terms they originally committed. The translation that the staff has changed doesn't convince me. The consequences should be borne by those responsible for it and not me. Allegedly Sanitary regulations changed - I called there and this information was not confirmed. I do not recommend, shame on the nerves and the west. They have lost at least 4 major events including a wedding over the next 2 years on our part. Unfortunately, reputation is built on opinions. Ps. The comment on the Facebook page has disappeared - and you still have nothing to complain about? The opinion has already gone into the world. As you care, you have it, sad but true.
