The postman puts in a delivery note when you are at home, and you will not collect the parcels, because there are hours for seniors and they have a break xd

I do not understand why you have a number on the page since you can never call there. This institution is a drama, I have a notification every now and then (even though there is always someone at home), and then press on to the post office and you are standing in a giant queue. In summary, a total drama!
I wanted to receive a postal order. I work until 16:00, so I went to the post office right after work. What was my surprise when I saw that the post office was open from 8-14. I understand that there is an epidemic, but why could it not be possible to make opening hours, e.g. 11-17, so that working people could do the work? I believe that this approach is for the benefit of the client.
I strongly advise against using this facility. The queue ended outside the building in the afternoon, one window available. In the evening a smaller queue (about 12 people) also one window receiving customers. I decided not to collect my package. I keep my fingers crossed for those persistent.
The worst email in the area, not to mention service. Everyone has to work but a little respect and emapati to another man you could have dear Lord!
