Very good for repairing and famous for car wash

I made an appointment 3 weeks earlier to seal the valve cover in the audi. It was supposed to take 2 days, in 3 days I was going abroad. The repair was not known for what reasons it was delayed and when I informed that I was leaving and needed a car, everything was done quickly. Apart from the dirty, bright upholstery (first it was stained, then a foil cover was put on it), the cover was sealed and the timing on the chain was damaged, which led to more damage and expenses of 2.5 thousand euro and fortunately the chain did not jump because the engine would have to be replaced! On the bill I got only a list of parts - zero info and prices for labor (they probably knew that they screwed up, and I never had a problem before, so I didn't pay much attention to it). When I called later describing the problems and asking what they screwed up, I was banned (after all, I had no proof that I was doing anything except buying parts). One day I would recommend this workshop to everyone ... at the moment I recommend to avoid it!

I took the car to replace the handbrake cables around 3 p.m. I got a phone call that the brembo clamp was broken and they had a replacement for 280 PLN I said that I wanted to drive up to see this clamp 15 minutes later when I arrived the car was outside, I made a decision not to move anything as they replaced links ok but let them fold it and take the car after arrival it turned out that even the lines had not been replaced a day has passed since I left the car lack of professionalism and additional deception of the customer the only thing I would give in this workshop to do is add oil to the engine and I do not know if they would spill around
