Well. Blond Lady, as it is described in the comments, has a specific character. People are simply different, but it has saved many people from robbery Polish women have learned to be treated like kings and they can treat others as they wish. In a word, if you give someone a chance because everyone is different, it's for real. You can talk to this lady despite her difficult character. Each of us is different and we should treat each of them with distance. As for the course. We have a free market. You can always try to bargain or go elsewhere.

I do not recommend!!! According to the opinions of other users, the "blonde lady" treated me and my husband as clients, but after the transaction, in which we had to check the annual issued dollars (Tanzania and the policy of not accepting old notes), first asked to exchange the banknote from 2003 into smaller denominations The lady just snarled that she was not in. In that case, I asked for a refund, for the reason giving information we have about Tanzania. You, she said that for her this nonsense sucked out of the finger, then on my requests to stop talking in such a way, she began attack me where they would not accept this banknote, and finally triumphantly state that, however, she knew that what I am saying is blah, thank you very much for making me crazy, I appreciate your approach to the customer. Fortunately, we went to the next office, Raciborska 2, where the gentleman handled us beautifully ... Żenada kantorze CENT!

I confirm the opinion about disrespect to the customer! As the window sits a "blonde lady", I advise you to go straight away - a pity nerves. I recommend to visit a bit further, e.g. a currency exchange office MAX on May 3, where the exchange went nice, on and for the benefit of both parties.

Total ignorance and disrespect for the client. The rates are significantly reduced, the service is still alive in the times of the Polish People's Republic and they think that only they have access to the Internet. Only after the current exchange rate was presented in the NBP application, the transaction took a more favorable dimension, but with the need to change the exchange rate, the approach to the customer also changed. In a word "if you get milked, they may be nice, but if you know what they are, they will treat you like communists" So much for the topic.
